Last year I had the opportunity to participate in writing a collaborative E-book called Do Amazing Things in 2010. It was a project I was proud of because it allowed me to share my ideas and visions of how to move HR forward, or business in general, along side respected authors and HR professionals. The idea was the brainchild of Chris Ferdinandi of RenegadeHR.net.
Do Amazing Things is a collection of short, actionable ideas – things you can do in 2011 to become a better HR professional. It features ideas and insights from 21 of HR’s leading thinkers and doers. There are some clear trends: Collaboration. Innovation. Passion. Growth.
