It’s Not What You Say, It’s What You Share

I try to write 5 out of 7 days each week and sometimes this is really challenging.  Take today for example.  It happens to be an extremely busy week at work and I need to focus there.  Throw in several outside work HR projects, two kids and three dogs and it gets a little hectic at times.  But, hectic in a good way.  That said, I didn’t have anything polished enough to share with you today on my blog.

Instead, I decided to focus the little time I have this morning to read some great posts by other HR pros and leaders, comment on their posts, and share links on my site. So, here is a sample of some of the great blog posts I’d recommend giving your time to today:
