Move Past Assessment To Action!

I have been thinking a lot lately about assessment and how there seems to be a focus now on business leaders assessing data.  While valuable, I believe that many leaders, regardless of level or industry, seem to get stuck in this phase.  What is missing is someone teaching us that at some point you have to leap.  You have to take all that information and DO something with it.

I recently saw a short video from world-renowned surfer Laird Hamilton.  It’s only a couple minutes long, but he talks about how we need to be able to assess and then JUMP!
