CarnivalHappy Wednesday!  What better way to spend your time than checking out the latest Carnival of HR?  The HR Forum is hosting an amazing carnival today including some of your favorite HR blogs and….little ‘ole me! They were kind enough to include my post on Anonymous Blogging (Part 2) which developed out of the many comments I received from great bloggers on both sides.

Be sure to check out some of my favorite reads over the last several weeks:

Jessica Miller-Merrell’s post Social Media Mullet is about how to be “business in the front, party in the back” when managing your online brand.  One of my favorites and yours, PunkRockHR blogger Laurie Ruettimann, added her post Coulda Been a Contender.  And my friend and HR tech guru, Steve Boese, has a great post “Help You, Help You” that talks about how professional sports agents negotiate and how you can use that to your benefit.
